Why off-the-shelf software falls short
Standard software is built for the average customer, and hardly any business is average. A property management firm does not handle incidents the way a shop handles returns, and a clinic cannot treat patient data the way a firm treats a quote. When the tool does not fit, workarounds creep in: shadow spreadsheets, forwarded emails and tasks someone repeats by hand every week.
NextAura does not sell a boxed product. We are a software development company based in San Sebastián de los Reyes, just north of Madrid, and we build the missing piece. Sometimes that is a full platform; sometimes it is an app, an integration between two tools you already use, or an AI agent that takes care of repetitive work.
How we approach an industry project
It starts with a free initial consultation where you explain the problem. If we can help, we send a proposal with clear phases, timelines and a budget. We always reply within 24 hours.
From there we work in short iterations. We would rather put a useful first version in your team's hands within a few weeks and refine it based on what you see in practice than vanish for months and come back with something that no longer matches your needs.
- Review of your processes and current tools
- Clickable prototype to validate screens and flows
- Phased development with frequent releases
- Training, roll-out and ongoing maintenance
The industries we know best
Property management and real estate: we designed and built the entire digital platform for Imora, including an internal ERP, a client portal and two apps, so we know first-hand how residential communities, incidents, quotes and field staff are managed.
Clinics and healthcare: online booking, reminders, patient portals and the protection of health data, which is a special category under Article 9 of the GDPR. Professional firms: portals for exchanging documents, automation of repetitive work and secure business email. Retail: online shops connected to the till and stock, click and collect, loyalty schemes and WhatsApp customer service.
Technology you can maintain
We use well-established technologies with large communities behind them, such as Next.js, React, React Native and NestJS. Your software will not depend on an obscure tool, and any competent technical team could pick up the work in future.
Where it makes sense, we add AI automation: agents that answer on WhatsApp, search across your internal documentation or extraction of data from invoices and forms. Decisions that matter always stay under human supervision.
Beyond development
A project does not end on delivery day. We offer maintenance with monitoring, updates and service level agreements, plus IT consulting for organisations that need someone thinking about their technology without hiring a full-time CTO. To protect office computers we have NextAnalyzer, our own inventory and vulnerability monitoring platform, and NextMails for professional email on your own domain.
